★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1백만원에 호가하는 LG로봇청소기를 샀는데, 서비스센터에 갔더니 1년이 조금 넘어 건전지를 바꿔야 한다고 말한다. LG서비스센터는 소모품이라 1년마다 바꿔야 한다고 하고, LG베스트샵 종암점에 판매처에 갔더니 판매한 이후에는 책임질 수 없다고 하며 건전지는 평균 2~3년에 한번 바꾼다고 하며 그 어떤 것도 해 줄 수 없다고 한다. 이어서 종암점 판매자는 서비스센터 전문가의 말과 판매자의 말이 달라도 어쩔 수 없는 것이며, 판매하면 끝이라고 말한다. 야속할 뿐이다. 무책임하고 정확하지도 않는 정보로 판매하면 끝이라는 판매자나 1년 정도면 다 바꿔야 한다는 서비스센터의 전문가나 소비자만 우롱당한 듯한 느낌이다.
