Located at the foot of Jangsan Mountain, it is quiet, the air is clear, the scenery is good, and the Donghae Line has been opened recently, so Shinhae Woondae Station is located right behind the apartment complex and has excellent subway access.

It is located outside of the new downtown area of Haeundae, but it is quiet, close to Jangsan and the park, and close to Shinhaeeundae Station on the Donghae Line.
