★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 스스로 가전제품 서비스 불가능하다고 얙하네요 핸드폰만 서비스 가능하다해서 삼성의 부천 서비스센터들과 너무 극과 극으로 비교 되더라구요 수원센터로 가라네요 황당
They say that they can't service home appliances themselves. They only service mobile phones, so they compare it to Samsung's Bucheon service centers. Go to the Suwon center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 부품이 있는지 물어보고 방문을 하고싶었는데 통합센터로만 연결이되서 결국 방문했더니 부품이 없다고해서 왕복 25키로를 헛걸음했습니다. 전화한통화만 연결이됬어도 시간과비용을 아꼈을텐데 화 나더라고요 ;;;
I wanted to visit and ask if there are parts, but it was only connected to the integration center, so when I finally visited, they said there were no parts, so I wasted 25km round trip. If only one phone call had been connected, I would have saved time and money, but I was angry ;;
