★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 바로 당일 수리가 불가함. 다만 친절함. 테스트하는데 2-3일 걸림. 주차는 30분만 지원. 되도록 버스나 지하철등 대중교통 이용하는게 속편함
 Repair is not possible on the same day. Just kindness. Takes 2-3 days to test. Parking is only available for 30 minutes. It is more convenient to use public transportation such as bus or subway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 코시국이어서인지 고객은 많지 않았으나, 강남이라는 상징성을 놓고 볼 때 규모나 시설은 매우 조촐했음.
또 리셉션 및 접수대기를 놋북으로 해야 하는데, 타 사의 키오스크나 번호표 발급기 등에 비해 번거로움.
그리고 항상 그런지는 모르겠으나, 대기 고객은 많지 않았는데 즉시 처리는 안 되었음. 모두 접수만 하고 익일 이후에 조치가 이루어지는 것처럼 보였음.
국내 회사처럼 신속한 서비스를 원하는고객은 이용하기 어려울 듯.
There were not many customers because it was Kosi-guk, but considering the symbolism of Gangnam, the scale and facilities were very modest.
In addition, the reception and waiting times have to be done with a laptop computer, which is cumbersome compared to other companies' kiosks or number ticket machines.
And I don't know if this is always the case, but there were not many customers waiting, but it was not processed immediately. It seemed as if all were accepted and action was taken the next day.
It seems difficult for customers who want fast service like domestic companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here is official LENOVO service center in Gang-Nam area. I visited here for fixing my laptop up. it has a problem regarding power supply or connection. I could't find out what the problem is, so had to come here.
all was nice, fix application was easy to make it up by desk PC which is at there.
the first day, I only could request to fix. Next day, I got a call from service engineer, explained the problem in detail. it took 3 working days to complete fix.
there is a basic reception fee, and parking is not comfortable. but 30 min is free.
