2. Valley B has one bed room but no door to prevent light or noise from living room
3. Kinda difficult to control the temperature
4. Otherwise, they serve decent dinner at restaurant

Was quite a while to wait from Chuncheon station (check the bus schedule first because it's not a frequent bus due to the small amount of people who take it).
But, the bus goes directly into the museum. The ticket booth is upfront, and you'll have to pay extra for crafting experience (pottery, metal, glass blowing).
The art museum is a 10min walk uphill from the information center and you'll pass the rows of art studios for crafting the italian restaraunt and the "artstays" where you can spend the night (not sure about the pricing, 2 people were >100,000₩ I think).
The mountain view is amazing, btw.
The art museum has 5 floors in which each floor has a different theme (5th floor was being renovated at my time of visit). 4th floor had the Painter's backstory and the 2nd floor had a charcoal drawing experience area.
1st floor is the museum gift shop and cafe, near the exit is a chalk wall where you can draw and write.
If you want to wait for the bus, you can wait in the information center and the staff will call you.
The staff were very nice. Knowing basic korean will help a lot, or bring your translation app.
English captions are available under some drawings, brochures and books.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place for the art lovers. It has beautiful surroundings with a stream passing near to it. The first floor has cafe and restroom. The entrance fee for an individual is 6000KRW which is worth to pay to enter the beautiful art gallery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful scenery and modern gallery set in tranquil river valley. Uniquely designed the entrance is set away from the gallery we took the shuttle as its uphill and we had our grandpa. The gallery is spacious and very calm, the exhibition was based on Lee Sang Won's work, with each level dedicated to a separate style and period of his work.
Ground floor is cafe and shop with landscaped gardens and accommodation units for overnight stays.
Worth the trip for a 1/2 day from Chuncheon especially for the scenic journey.
