★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right off the main drag, when we found Mr. Holmes to be closed we got pulled in by it's name (visiting from Alaska ourselves). The space is fashionably dim, wooden surfaces, a variety of quality sweet and savory pastries to choose from as well as an extensive drink and breakfast menu. The pricing was reasonable, pictured is 17.000 won; we enjoyed our drinks and meal items.
The service was very able to cater to English speakers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is bar far the best bakery in Seoul. This larger location gives you room to take a seat and enjoy your tasty treat. Though chocolate croissants are my main go-to, the sandwiches are also delicious for a quick brunch.
Staff speaks English well enough to order and are super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While there are tons of tasty shops in seoul, this was our go to bakery during our trip, when we weren't sure what we wanted for breakfast/brunch. Quaint little shop with several pastries options, tasty drinks, and kind workers. For drinks, try the the berry juice or the ice latte. For food, try the sausage-wrapped pastry or the potato and ham filled pastry.
