★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both of the staff seems to be employed for chit chatting with each other. They were impatient and showed frustration when their conversations were interrupted when a question if there is a replacement product for a discontinued item.
Saw a few bad reviews about this shop. I’m wondering if we are all referring to the same staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a dreadful place to be in - both for staff and for visiting patrons. Staff were generally generally, but were only interested to stop you from taking photos of their products / promotions. Was really wondering why cos I was doing hubby duty and the whole time, I had to transcribe the promotion into text to send out. They also do not give out any free samples even when I purchased quite a bit of stuff. Not a happy place to be in. Should have visited a departmental store - Shinshaegae or Lotte instead.
