★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exquisite service, up scale elegant environment, beautiful attractive looking food, but the taste doesn't match the appearance for an American pallate. Price is too high compared to similar restaurants in other parts of the world (more than double what I pay in Vegas or AC), but seems to be competetive with nearby buffets in the Seoul area.

I was great. Especially, lamb steak was the best menu I have eaten. But it was expensive. Next time, I wont go often because of the price but I will go sometimes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I think buffet style restaurants are struggling to keep up with ever more developing sophisticated tastes of their patrons these days, La Seine has pleasantly surprised me. I have tried many buffet restaurants in Seoul, and think La Seine is overall a great upscale buffet restaurant. I think service is outstanding thanks to wonderful staff who work here. As for the price, I don't think it's expensive at all, after all they need to make some profit out of it. The managers have tried everything to make things as pleasant as possible for their patrons. It's a lot of work and somehow selfless sacrifice of all the employees involved make such a smooth operation possible. Thank you for a good memorable experience and wish you the best in your future endeavors. Grilled lamb was excellent as well as roast beef.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beat buffet I've ever been too and I know it will be hard to beat in the future. All you can eat lobster and great reviews are what sold me and neither disappointed. I probably ate 5 whole lobster tails worth or more plus tons of other great foods. The sushi was great and so was the pasta both of which I ate at least two servings of. One of the best parts is that I got to try some foods I've never had before like jellyfish which was actually delicious.
The crab legs were just ok but that's all that was mediocre about the place. Service was amazing, they made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Plat s were always gone when we came back and we always had silverwear. They paid attention to when I was done with my main course and went to get dessert and I had a dessert fork waiting for me upon my return.
The water they bring out is all free/included both the carbonated or still so is the coffee. The price is $140 per person for dinner plus taxes. You can save 10% by making a reservation online but it can't be a same day reservation. The final bill is close to $300 for two people. If you have some extra cash and want to treat yourself then I would do it. I certainly didn't regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The buffet is solid, but given the price, a little ridiculous that some of the dinner items aren't available at lunch. Was very disappointed live-grilled Steak and Lobster were not on the menu, even for Valentine's Day. The crab legs are also not warm, and the meat is sparse. Options felt "whatever" for the price. The variety is solid, but nothing over the top. Service was great, but that's expected at this price point.
Will be going elsewhere in the future.
