I've been working with the 123 Ticketsystem since early 2017. Before using this system, our "system" was using fillable .pdfs, printing, reprinting, (misplacing prints) and making endless phonecalls between facilities, managers, and flight chiefs to get the "actual" status of our projects. There was alot of time wasted before, and we felt like we were drowning in paperwork. We researched various ways to simplify our workflow, and we were quickly becoming overwhelmed.

After researching other bases' websites, we saw many were already implementing the 123 Ticketsystem. We reached out and discovered that we could do everything we were doing already, but in a much a cleaner, simpler, and user-friendly system. This online system cut down on print costs, added to accountability, and enabled us to add job statuses to projects, so everyone attached to a project knew exactly where we were in the workflow: "recieved, in progress, on proofing, awaiting sponsorship approval, print production, on delivery, completed/closed, etc." This takes the guess work out of Marketing requests. All the messages sent between the ticket system user and the managers can be seen at anytime in a string of messages at the bottom of the ticket, that way everyone knows what is going on at any time. The ticket system was adopted by both the HR department and the Marketing Department my previous installation.

Bas, the developer of the ticket system, makes himself available for any troubleshooting requests very quickly: I've never waited longer than maybe 12 hours (at the most) for a response to a troubleshooting request. Typically, I hear back in less than 4-6 hours. He is professional, fast, and very knowledgable. When I have suggestions or questions, I am able to message him directly in the ticket system dashboard, and he always knows exactly how to help.

With the ticket system, we were able to create a clear line of communication with our managers and stakeholders, and deliver important designs and content in a very simple way. If someone working on a project is out sick, or on leave, and we need the project details, or to pick up the project for them, we can just log into the system and see all our open tickets and pick up wherever they left off. It keeps the office from "shutting down" if something ever comes up, and keeps us up and running, and able to quickly identify where we need to isolate "hot" projects quickly. I'm now working at my second base that uses this ticket system, and it's by far the best solution I have seen for fielding, distributing, and completing Marketing requests. I would recommend this system to anyone who wants to decrease printing costs, increase accountability, improve communication, and create a seamless workflow for their office.

I can't speak highly enough about Bas and his suite of services, he's helpful in every regard. The new site works amazingly well, loads quickly, and hasn't had any malware issues since. Bas' well-rounded knowledge makes him an asset to our team in many ways.
