J	Jaewoo Choi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 원장님이 친절하고 열정적으로 진료를 보시지만, 특별한 검사나 치료가 필요할 때 금액 등에 대한 설명을 사전에 고지하지 않고, 필요하다는 명확한 의사를 표시하지 않아도 일단 진행하고 나중에 과하게 금액을 청구함. 물론 비용은 양심적으로 받는것 같긴 하지만, 진료를 좀더 꼼꼼하게 했다면 필요없을 진료까지 한적이 있음. 많은 아픈동물을 치료해야 하는 점은 십분 이해하지만, 전화로 며칠전에 상담한 내용을 완벽하게 잊어버리시는 건 좀 섭섭함. 좀더 디테일한 케어가 있다면.. 하는 아쉬움이 있음. The director is kind and enthusiastic about the treatment, but when a special examination or treatment is needed, the amount is not notified in advance, and even if a clear intention is not indicated that it is necessary, it proceeds once and charges an excessive amount later. Of course, the cost seems to be conscientiously received, but there have been times when treatments that would not be necessary if the treatment was done more meticulously. I understand the need to treat many sick animals for 10 minutes, but it's a bit disappointing to completely forget what I said a few days ago over the phone. If there is a more detailed care... there is a regret.
유	유주미 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 미용도 깔끔하게 잘 해주십니다~(마음이 편합니다) 원장님도 친절하시구요~^^ 물론ㅋ 진료사실을 까먹으시는게 있긴하지만 손님이 많으니 이해할 수 있습니다~ 치료만 정확히ㆍ잘 해주시면 상관없으니까요~ (진료 ㆍ 치료는 만족스럽습니다) He is good at beauty too~ (I feel comfortable) The director is also kind~^^ Of course, there are some things you forget about the doctor's office, but there are a lot of customers, so I can understand it~ It doesn't matter if you do the treatment correctly and well~ (treatment and treatment are satisfactory)
