★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a global store, but seldom does anyone there speak a foreign language. Repeatedly have problems accomplishing basic tasks there such as phone or data top-ups. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company ever. No one speaks English, and they do not care about their customers, even those who have been with them for a long time. Also the phone and internet divisions are separate. It's like a monster with 2 heads and 1 doesn't know what the other is doing. Nice building though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most time consuming process for a SIM card I've ever experienced. I was told, after some minutes already, that it'd be 10 minutes. A total of FIFTY minutes later, I finally had what I needed. I cannot imagine what caused this to take so long. On top of that, I believe he included a voice option on the SIM as the charge for it was 5,000 won more than I expected. I don't need to make any calls here, I just need a data SIM.
Zero explanation of ANYTHING. I got texts from KT that I can't read, and have no idea how to top off the card if I need more data. For an organization that claims to have English speaking staff at some locations (like this one), they failed big time.
In Japan I bought a data SIM with crystal clear instructions and in less than 2 minutes I was accessing the internet. Why they can't do that here is beyond me.
