★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 점심시간을 이용해서 다녀왔는데.. KT도 마찬가지로 점심시간이어서 상담원이 1명빼고 모두 식사시간이었다. 이런 부분은 좀 개선했으면 한다. 많은 회사들의 점심시간이 12시~13시이니 반반으로 나눠서 반은 11시반~12시반 으로 식사하고 반은 12시반~13시반 으로 식사하면 불편이 훨씬 줄어들 것 같다. 그게 안되어서 처리에 5분도 안걸릴 일 때문에 40분이나 기다렸다.
I went there using lunch time.. KT was also lunch time, so it was all mealtime except one counselor. I hope to improve this part a little. Many companies' lunch breaks are between 12:00 and 13:00, so dividing them into half and half 11:30~12:30 and half 12:30~13:30 will alleviate the inconvenience. I waited for 40 minutes because it didn't work, so it wouldn't take less than 5 minutes to process.
