our story
We have been helping bright, talented individuals find reliable English teaching jobs in South Korea since 2007.
Our staff has worked for several recruiting companies in the last decade and through this experience we have perfected our skills in helping teachers settle into both public and private (hagwon) schools throughout South Korea. In early 2017 we launched Korea Works so that we could provide a more customized, tailored approach to recruiting - for both our schools and our teachers.
Our years of experience in this industry have allowed us to cultivate a large network of reliable, trustworthy schools. When we are contacted by a new school, we follow our Korea Works guidelines to determine if they are the right fit for us. Just as we screen new teachers, we always thoroughly screen new schools before placing any Korea Works teachers with them.

They really work hard to find an academy (hagwon) that fits your needs and quickly at that. They go above and beyond to find the answer to any question you may have. Even after you've already started your new job, they are available to help you with any extra things you need to do or questions you may have. I felt respected and genuinely cared for by my recruiter. Overall, I made a great recruiter choice finding a new hagwon with Korea Works!

I have just gone through Korea Works to get my second teaching position in the country and I could not be happier with the service that was provided!
My recruiter was timely with communication, provided step by step instructions from start to finish of the application process, and made the whole thing as seamless as possible. He even picked me up personally and drove me to my school's accommodation. I truly recommend this company to help you get started on what will surely be a wonderful year in Korea.
