★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 아이낳고 출렁이는 지방덩어리 때문에 방문상담 했는데 다이어트 프로그램이 좋드라구요~ 호신술도 배우고 다이어트도 하고 일석이조 효과를보내요~ 또 인테리어도 훌륭합니다~!! 적극추천합니다~!

저같은 여자분들은 특히 호신술도 배울겸 너무 좋은 운동인거같습니다~

While looking for a place to lose weight while having fun, I checked adult taekwondo, but fortunately, there was one place in Uijeongbu.
Girls like me especially learn self-defense and it's a good exercise ~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 인터넷보다가새로올라왓길래어제남자친구랑다녀와봤어요~어릴때다녀본다른태권도장과는다르게확실히성인들을대상으로하는곳이라그런지인테리어랑시스템이다른곳과는차별화되보이더라구요 맨날뻔한데이트가아닌여지껏과다른색다른데이트를할수있다는게더큰장점이지만요ㅋㅋㅋ제가어린아이들을그다지좋아하지않아서정신없는분위기가아니었다는게너무좋았습니당ㅎㅎㅎ한번쯤와보시면후회는없을것같아요즐겁게운동하니살도빠지는기분!!!베리굿?
I've been with my boyfriend yesterday than on the internet ~ It's definitely for adults, unlike other taekwondo stamps I've been with when I was younger. It's a big advantage to be able to have a different date, but ㅋㅋㅋ I didn't like young children so much that it wasn't in a bad mood.
