I was hesitating because of the website design, but I trusted it and don't regret it now. Also alot of payment methods are available. Picture of delivery is even provided. Very professional.

They will call to make sure the customer receives the flowers, they will call to make sure it's ok to switch out certain flowers, and they take note of how often I actually use their services because they are so awesome. Oh, you can also order flowers using their same day delivery service, which has helped tremendously when I have needed flowers to be delivered at the last-minute. Amazing!

Before the flower was sent out, I was told that for the area I am sending it to, they do no have glass vase so I can either change the order or get the basket. However, flower arrangement itself, I think is not the same quality. They also did not notify that they'll change Lily into something else. On the website, you have the option to choose standard, and deluxe option - 'as image'. To me the actual product quality was a lot lower than I expected from the photos.
I contacted the customer service, asking for a refund, as I was quite unsatisfied with the product. I was told that to get a refund, I need to arrange them to pick up the flower, from the person I sent the flower to. For any other product, I can see this could be reasonable. However, for flowers, especially a website designed for people to send flowers from outside of Korea to someone living in Korea, most likely for special occasions, they need more options for refund for unsatisfactory service. At least to me, if they are confident about their quality, I think they should be able to return the money or partially when the quality did not meet the standard.
Technically, on their website, they state depending on the area, they can change the color or the kind of flower. So you can check the photos and see if this much change is acceptable to you or not before you make the order, especially the deluxe - as image option. To me, it was not, and so was their policy regarding the return.
Good aspect is, they did deliver on time.

Same day delivery, the flowers arrived just a few hours later.

I had bad experience with overseas flower store but this one doesn't disappoint. Overall, my rating for this store is 10 of of 5. I was being updated of the process and the flower is so beautiful. It made my friend really happy which in turn made me a really happy customer.
The price is good too for the quality provided and there is not hidden cost. Delivery was super fast and delivered as promised. I highly recommend this store and I will order again in the future.
