게	게스 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 충청북도 청주시 상당구 내덕동 주택가 안쪽에 있는 킹모텔. 2년전에 여기서 한달 달방 살았는데 그때 달방이 35만원 했음. 주인한테 괜찮은 방있냐고 말하고서 내가 방좀 본다고 말했는데 달방은 1층 밖에 없다고 1층 카운터 있는곳 끝방으로 줘서 가보니까 방도 작고 벽지도 뜯어져 있고 깔끔하지도 않고 청소상태가 불청결함. 거기에 탁자도 없고 시설이 아주 개판임. 그래서 방이 마음에 안들어서 다른곳 가서 알아본다고 말하니까 거기 주인 아저씨가 하는 말이 원래는 달방 다이렇다고 다이러긴 개뿔 그래서 그냥 나갈려고 하니까 그제서야 2층으로 방줘서 가봤는데 거긴 1층 방보다 그나마 괜찮았음. 방도 적당히 크고 탁자도 있고 결국 한달 살고 나왔는데 여기서 한달 달방 살면서 알게 된건 주인들 불친절 하고 괜찮은 방이 있는데도 달방은 좋은곳으로 안줄려고함. 이근처가 모텔이 많음. 시설에 따라 다르겠지만 내가 알아본 결과 보통 달방 25만원 30만원 35만원함. 이	이안 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 아늑해서 좋았어요 하지만 비품이 없는 것도 좀 있고 공사장에서 쓰는 물건이 방에서 나와서 조금 놀랐고 컴퓨터가 연결이 안되어 있고 핸드폰 충전기도 고장이 나있어서 조금 불편했습니다. 제가 쓴 방이 조금 안좋았던것 같은데 방에 곰팡이가 좀 있고 벽지도 조금 뜯어지고 먼지도 좀 많아서 조금 보기 안좋았지만 에어컨 빵빵하게 잘 나오고 티비도 잘 나오고 편안히 자기엔 좋은것 같아요.
