★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food didn’t appear on the screen when it was ready, so it was cold when we finally went up. Extremely busy and not enough tables, so people constantly hovering over tables to find a seat. (Bit of a personal space problem here as it is.)
And if you miss KFC from home, don’t bother, it doesn’t taste like the KFC as you know it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful ! Really awful. Only one person taking orders, communication between register and the kitchen is bad. The service is bad...atrocious bad. This is not a fast food joint that you pick up and leave. Everything is slow there. And when my ticket was finally called, my order came out wrong although they admitted to their mistake . just horrible .. Waited more than 30 mins before our food was ready. Insane, insane, and insane. The place was dirty, trash bins were full, they would have a big garbage bag out on the floor but they didn't bother to clean up.it's very hard to find a single place that is dirty in Korea , I mean anyone who has visited in Korea has to know how clean it is there in general but this was a first and the dirtest place in Seoul. Yup, literally D.I.R.T.Y....also not so friendly either. Was a bad experience for my 5 yr old daughter. She almost fell asleep as we were eating. Arrgggggg

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing beats like the KFC Zinger that I was used to back in my hometown, PH. In comparison, the taste was more spicier and juicier backhome. But I must say I appreciate the thick slice of tomato over here. The branch I visited to satisfy my Zinger craving was in COEX Starfield Seoul.
