★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 이 은행 인력 구성이 겁나 스팩타클함.
일반상담 직원들은 다 컴퓨터 보고있는데 대출관련 손님만 1시간씩 대기시킴. 그리고 얼마나 기다려야되는지 알려주지도 않음. 상식적으로 1시간 넘게 기다리게하면 알려주는게 맞는거 아닌가 싶음. 은행 쓸데없는 서비스 늘리는 것보다 이런거나 좀 고쳤으면 좋겠음. 입구에서 대기하는 직원분만 계속 친절하고 전전긍긍하시는게 더 안되었음. 어쩔수가없이 쓰는데 후 하나은행 정말정말 실망임.
This banking staff composition is terrifying and specular.
All the general counseling staff are looking at the computer, but only customers related to loans are on standby for an hour. And it doesn't tell you how long to wait. In common sense, if you make me wait for more than an hour, I wonder if it's right to let you know. Rather than increasing the bank's useless services, I wish I could fix something like this. Only the staff waiting at the entrance were always kind and proud. Hana Bank is really really disappointed after I use it unavoidably.
