★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 코로나로 대기 줄이 장난 아니네요
미리 앱에서 번호표를 받았음에도 불구하고 오 30분 기다렸어요 걔다가 영업시간이 짧아져서 은행업무 처리 하는데 너무 시간이 촉박하네요
비대면 관련된 처리를 많이 늘려야 될 거 같아요
아직도 대부분 업무는 얼굴 보고 신분 중 확인 하는 업무라 시간을 내 은행에 방문 해야 되는 아쉬움이 있음
지하철역에서 조금 걸으면 되구요

Even though I got a number ticket from the app in advance, I waited for 30 minutes
I think we need to increase the number of non-face-to-face related processing.
Still, most of my work is face-to-face and identity verification, so it is a pity that I have to spend time to visit the bank.
