★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to hang out. Lots of decent restaurants. Nice outdoor spaces. Clocktower square reminds be a bit of Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco. Public bathrooms in the indoor restaurant area in the basement across from the Emart Everyday. Parking can be a headache. Traffic inside the lot can jam up at peak leaving times.
