★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 식당이 작지만 분위기가 좋고 음식의 비주얼이 고급져서 커플들이 많이 찾더라구요. 일요일 저녁에 갔는데 1시간 웨이팅했어요. 파스타 양이 적어서 2인 3메뉴 시키는걸 추천합니다. 토마토샐러드가 기본으로 나와요. 감자크림수제비 같은 뇨끼가 맛있었어요. 라구파스타와 뇨끼를 먹었습니다.
 The restaurant is small, but the atmosphere is good and the food visuals are so high that couples are looking for it. I went Sunday evening and waited an hour. It is recommended to have 2 menus for 3 people because of the low amount of pasta. Tomato salad comes out as standard. Gnocchi, like potato cream soup, was delicious. Had ragupasta and gnocchi.

The fresh cod roe pasta is delicious. Tomato pickle is also good.. The quantity is small, but I went alone and ordered one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 대전에 시험치러 갔다가, 베니키아 대림호텔에서 묵게 되었다. 카라멜 식당은 걸어세 1분 거리에 위치해있으며, 평소에는 대기가 길다고 했는데 점심시간이 좀 지나고 브레이크 타임 전이어서 그런지 잠시 기다리다 들어갔다. 와이프와 결혼기념일을 뒤늦게 챙기는 거라 감자 뇨끼, 알리오올리오, 채끝스테이크, 알배추 샐러드 음료 등 많이도 시켰다. 뇨끼의 감자는 겉바속촉의 정석이다. 관자를 먹는 식감도 느껴진다. 음식들이 대부분 맛있다. 특별한 날을 기념 할 만한 곳이다. 직원들도 친절하고 음식이 나올때 마다 설명해주는 것도 좋았다. 대전에 와 여기서 식사한 일이 기억에 많이 남을 것 같다.
After going to Daejeon for a test, I stayed at the Benikea Daelim Hotel. Caramel restaurant is located a minute away by walking, and it was said that the waiting was long, but it was after lunch time and before the break time, so I waited for a while before entering. Since I'm taking my wife and wedding anniversary late, I ordered a lot of potato gnocchi, Ali O'lio, Chae end steak, and cabbage salad drinks. Gnocchi's potatoes are the standard for the skin. You can also feel the texture of eating sprigs. Most of the food is delicious. It is a place worth celebrating a special day. The staff was friendly and it was nice to explain every time food was served. Coming to Daejeon and having a meal here seems to be memorable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 좋은 가격에 맛있는 생면파스타를 즐길 수 있다. 대신 명당 파스타 1.5그릇은 시켜야 넉넉하게 먹을 수 있다. 뇨끼는 강추드리고, 라구 종류들은 소스 맛은 좋은 대신 고추와 고수가 들어가 호불호가 갈릴 수 있다.
You can enjoy delicious fresh pasta at a good price. Instead, you need to order 1.5 bowls of pasta per person to eat generously. The gnocchi is recommended, and the ragu types have a good sauce, but red pepper and cilantro can be added to make you like and dislike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 인테리어부터 식기, 음식까지 상당히 신경을 많이 썼다. 식기가 프랑스, 독일, 일본제라 그런지 유니크하고 예뻤다. 음식들도 맛있었고 한번 더 가고 싶어진다. 웨이팅리스트 걸어놓고 카페어서 대기하다가 가면 좋다.
