 This is the best Dongtan Senpak Tonkatsu. A taste that is faithful to the basics. If you don't like red, ask them to cook it so that it doesn't look red.

등심&안심카츠
안심카츠는 지방이 별로없어보여서 질길 줄 알았는데 생각보다 질기지도 않고 부드러웠습니다.
트러플소금에 찍어먹는게 너무 맛있었고 도툼한 등심카츠 쫄깃하고 담백해서 너무 맛있었어요.
느끼할 수 있는데 와사비와 같이 먹거나 샐러드를 곁들여먹으면 괜찮습니다.
최근에 먹은 돈까스 중에 가장 만족했습니다.

Sirloin & fillet cutlet
The tenderloin cutlet didn't have much fat, so I thought it was tough, but it wasn't tough and softer than I thought.
It was so delicious to dip in truffle salt and the thick sirloin cutlet was chewy and light, so it was so delicious.
You can feel it, but it's okay if you eat it with wasabi or with a salad.
I was most satisfied with the pork cutlet I ate recently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 안심 그냥 등심도 맛있지만 특등심이 맛있다. 등심 대짜가 아니라 가브리살? 부드러운 살이 붙어있는 부위라 자칫 느끼할 수도 있는데, 겨자/와사비를 얹어서 소금 살짝 찍어먹는 맛이 깔끔한것이 아주 괜찮다.
Tenderloin The sirloin is delicious, but the special sirloin is delicious. Not sirloin but Gabriel? Since it is a part with soft flesh, it may feel a bit greasy, but it is very good to eat it with mustard/ wasabi and a little salt.

주차는 매장 앞에 한두대 가능하지만 센트럴파크 공영주차장에 주차하는것을 추천합니다
4인 테이블 5개 있는 작은 식당이고 키오스크 주문합니다 아기의자도 있네요
평일 오픈 11시 30분 대기없이 바로 들어갔어요
이런 안심돈가스는 정돈에서 먹어보고 너무 맛있어서 비슷한곳 찾다가 오게 됐어요
특등심하고 안심먹었는데 다 부드럽고 맛있었어요
정돈보다는 쪼오끔 뻑뻑한데 그래도 맛있게 잘먹었어요

Parking is available for one or two cars in front of the store, but it is recommended to park in the Central Park public parking lot.
It is a small restaurant with 5 tables for 4 people, and I order a kiosk. There is also a baby chair.
Opened at 11:30 on a weekday, I went in right away without waiting.
I tried this tender pork cutlet at a food court and it was so delicious that I came here looking for something similar.
I ate it with special tenderloin and it was all soft and delicious.
It was a bit stiff rather than tidy, but I ate it well.

무엇보다 기존 돈까스 소스와 더불어 크러플소금을 돈카츠 및 와사비와 함께 곁들일 수 있어 독특함을 더했다.
돈카츠의 질과 맛도 우수한데 비해 사람이 적은걸 보아 오픈한지 얼마안된걸로 보이며, 조만간 사람이 많이질것으로 생각됌.

The quality and taste of the tonkatsu are excellent, but the number of people is small, so it looks like it has just opened, and I thought that there would be a lot of people soon.
