★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 알파 체인점이 다 그렇듯 구비해 놓은 품목은 정말 다양합니다. 한데 이곳 사장님이랑 직원분들은 서비스 부분에서 조금 노력하셔야 할 듯. 방문할 때마다 왠지 고객이 직원분들 눈치를 보는 듯한 느낌. 학생들 상대가 대부분이라 그런가요? 이유가 뭐든 경영을 하신다면 기본 고객서비스는 갖추시는게 맞다고 봅니다.
As with all Alpha chain stores, there are a lot of items I have put together. However, the boss and the staff here need to make a little effort in the service department. Every time I visit, I feel like customers are noticing the staff. Is it because most of you are students? If you manage for whatever reason, I think it is right to have basic customer service.
