참숯으로 기름을 쪽 뺀 후 바삭한 껍데기를 연겨자 혹은 소금에 찍어먹으면 아주 좋습니다. 누룽지 통닭도 았습니다. 닭안에 들어있는 찹살과 여러가지 건강을 위한 은행 등이 들어있는데 양도 적지 않구요.
특히 길고리에서 용달차에서 두마리 만원하는 곳이랑은 차원이 다른 맛입니다. 닭 크기도 크고 내용물도 아주 풍부합니다.
일산 서구에 사시는 분들은 꼭 한번 먹어보시길 추천합니다. 가게가 좁으니 포장으로 먹는걸 추천합니다. 주문후 20분정도 걸리더군요.
