★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4개월 만에 갔네요~헤어케어부터 꼼꼼히 잘 하시고 이번에 새로운 헤어케어를 받았네요. 1년전부터 있었다고는 하는데 마지막단계에서 차게 마무리하는건데 신기했어요. 매번 느끼지만 머릿결이 너무 좋아지네요~~
It's been 4 months since I've been here~ You've taken good care of your hair, and this time you got a new hair care. It's been said that it's been there since a year ago, but it was amazing to finish it cold at the last stage. I feel it every time, but my hair feels so much better~~

They used bleach on my roots which I agreed to however they ended up burning my scalp and I was left with a bloody scalp on multiple areas of my head. Not only was this extremely painful but my roots weren't even dyed. I was left with an orange, untoned root. I wouldn't go back even if someone paid me

I was somewhat rude to the barber, and she really did her job carelessly.
My comment was not ill-intended but careless, and it was her right to show lack of professionalism; I can see how I have offended her in retrospect.
That being said it is also my right to rate my experience so.
I do not recommend this shop. It was a bad experience.
