소마면 짱 맛있어요~~
칼깔하면서도 짜지 않고 먹고 난 뒤에도 물이 땡기지 않아서 굿~~~
카약이 있는 활옥동굴과 상촌식당 근처의 출렁다리도 가볼만 하네요~~
탕수육 소스도 정말 맛있어요
드셔보신 분들은 완전 동감할듯~~~^^
 A must visit restaurant when traveling to Chungju
Soma noodles are super delicious~~

전체적으로 느끼함이 없음
깔끔함 가까우면 자주 먹어도 되겠다는 생각
양이 적은듯하지만 딱 맞음

탕수소스에 사과를 듬뿍넣고 케첩과 과일로 단맛을내어 부드러워요. 저는 감탄했는데 사람마다
취향은 다르네요
백짬뽕은 청양고추 듬뿍 ..국물이 넉넉했음하는 아쉬움이 ..국물이 매콤시원해요

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 맵찔이어서, 먹기 힘들었음. 탕수육은 찍먹 전용이고 초마면은 하얀악마. 매움
근처살거나 지나갈때 들를만한집.
굉장히 건강한면(경화제 첨가 적음)이었고
해산물의 신선함이 이집의 테이블 회전력을 말해줌.
나같은 맵찔이가 먹으면 하루종일 딸꾹질할수있으니 소화제나 물 준비하시길.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 초마면은 시원하고 깔끔한 육수가 인상적입니다. 재료도 신선하고요. 근데 탕수육은 저렴하긴 하지만 맛은 쏘쏘. 튀김은 깨끗한데 소스가 너무 시큼해요.사장님 이하 직원분도 친절하시고 좋았지만 1시간 기다려서 다시 먹진 않을거 같아요.
The fresh and clean broth of Choma noodles is impressive. The ingredients are fresh too. But sweet and sour pork is cheap, but the taste is soso. The tempura is clean, but the sauce is too sour. The staff below the boss were also friendly and nice, but I don't think I will eat it again after waiting an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fortunately I visited the quiet hour, no waiting time. Family owned business, very old school atmosphere, you can see the country farming site right in front of the restaurant. Airconditioning is great. Menu is so simple, which means very specialized taste, especially Tang soo youk (fried pork with sweet and sour sauce) is so soft and tasty.
