★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 하늘도시에서 가장 비싼 아파트 위치는 메인 상점가와 가까움.. 스카이시티자이/ 대림2차 /kcc 3군데가 신축 아파트 중에 괜찮음... 화성은 대지도 좁고... 세대수도 적고....센트럴자이는 내장재가 엉망....
The most expensive apartment in the sky city is located close to the main shopping street .. Sky City Jai / Daelim 2nd / kcc 3 new apartments are fine among the new apartments. The interior materials are messed up ....

중심상권과 적당한 거리에 신도시 중신에 위치함. 아파트 조망도 상대적으로 괜찮음. 다만 입주 초기에 하자가 엄청 많았는데 지금은 어느정도 처리가 됐는지 알수없음.

Centrally located in the new city center in a reasonable distance. View of the apartment is relatively good. However, there were a lot of defects at the beginning of the move, but I can't figure out how much was processed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 영종도... 가보지 않은 사람들은 들어가서 살 마음 먹기 정말 어려운 곳... 하지만 살아보고나면 나오기는 더 어려운 곳... 투자가 아닌 거주의 목적으로 간다면 살기 너무 좋은 곳입니다! 인프라도 점점 좋아지고 있구요~ 참고로 전 하남 살고 있습니다!
