★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 식감이 살아있어 꼬들꼬들한 느낌.. 스시로 먹을 때보다 회덮밥으로 먹을 때가 맛있네요.
The texture is alive and it feels like it's crunchy.. It tastes better when eaten with sashimi than when eaten as sushi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 라멘은 비추요. 식전 나오는 된장국에 인스턴트면 넣어주시는지 딱 그정도 맛일뿐이네요
와규와 연어초밥은 늘 먹는 메뉴인데 와규는 좀더 얇아지고 연어는 여전히 길긴한데 조금 가늘어 졌어요.
