★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 집 근처에 있으면서도 전혀 몰랐던 일산 두부마을. 모처럼 사위집에 놀러오신 장모님을 모시고 찾았지요. 돌아가신 저희 어머니 처럼 두부를 좋아하는 장모님을 위해 찾은 일산 두부마을, 알고보니 대박 맛집이었네요. 일단 담백 정갈하면서 깊은 맛이 나는 두부가 정말 일품이었습니다. 수육도 맛있어고 무엇보다 비지로 끓여낸 비지찬이 왠만한 요리 저리가라 할 정도로 맛있었습니다. 평소 두부를 그리 좋아하지 않던 딸내미도 맛있다를 연발하며 아주 맛있게 한끼를 다 먹어 치웠을 정도였으니까요. 서비스로 제공되는 일인 일개의 비지로 집에와서 비지찌게를 끓여 먹었는데 이 역시 일품이었습니다. 두부도 맛있었지만 비지도 정말 예술이었던게 분명합니다. 앞으로 자주 찾게될듯 싶은 일산 두부마을 강추합니다. 정말 맛있어요,

My daughter-in-law, who doesn't usually like tofu, said it was delicious, and it was so delicious that she ate the whole meal. I came home with one oyster sauce, which is provided as a service, and I boiled and ate bok choy, which was also excellent.
