★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 건물은 깨끗하나, 주차비가 더럽게 비싸고 월주차권 비싸게 받아쳐먹으면서도 주차구역 제한등 치사하고 추잡스러워 비싼 돈내고 눈치 봐야됨. 게다가 엘리베이터 혼잡도 극심해 출근, 점심시간 때 줄이 건물 밖까지 늘어설 정도.
The building is clean, but the parking fee is dirty and the parking lot is expensive. In addition, the congestion of elevators is so severe that the lines line up outside the building during work and lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 외관건물만 깨끗하고 좋지만 주차비가 비싸고 교통편도 그닥좋지않아요. 코너에 있어서 매우 안좋았어요. 1층이 너무 허하다는게 문제였들데 ..커피숍이 없어서 좀 차가운 느낌이 들었지만 최근에 투썸플레이스가 생겼답니다. 커피솝이 생기니 건물에 생기가 도는거같았답니다.손님들도 많구 일단 브런치가 되니 좋은거같아요.아침에는 저렴하게 빵과 커피한잔에 6천원이면 된답니다.건물이 일단 관리를 잘하는지 언제가도 바닥이 반짝반짝해서 너무 좋았어요: 화장실도 널찍하니 좋구요.각층 지하주차장에도 화장실이 있어서 이용하기 참 편해요.무인주차라 나가기전에 미리 계산하고 나가면 편리하겠죠?
