더위나 추위에 있어선 여름 내내 에어컨틀수있고
겨울엔 보일러덕에 따뜻하게 지낼수있다(뜨거운 물도 잘나옴)
근처에 공부방해 요소들이 없어서 공부하기엔 최적의 환경이라고 생각함(공기도좋음)
The room is comfortable and good for staying alone
