★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 매운탕의 경우 잘못하면 비린내가 심하게 날수가 있는데 여기는 잡내가 전혀 나지 않고 국물이 깔끔하고 고기살도 부드럽게 잘 넘어갑니다.
매운탕에 수제비가 씹히는 맛이 너무 좋습니다.
지금까지 먹어본 매운탕 요리중 여기가 아주 좋은 것 같습니다.
내가 어릴적 고향에서 먹던 맛집에 이어 두번째 맛집입니다.
