★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 홍합 껍질이 제거된 상태로 알맹이만 나오지만 홍합 껍데기 조각이 음식에 포함되었을 경우가 있으니 방심하지 마십시오. 혹시 이것을 간과하는 저 같은 사람이 또 있을까봐 노파심에 적어봅니다. 음식은 맛있어요. 밑반찬도 존맛탱입니다.
Only the kernels come out with the mussel shells removed, but please do not be vigilant as the food may contain pieces of mussel shells. I'm writing this out of boredom in case there are other people like me who overlook this. Food is delicious. The side dish is also John Mattang.

해산물도 싱싱한편에 속한것 같고 탕수육도 식감이 뛰어난데 가끔 냄새가 느껴지지만 빈도가 적어서~~
쟁반짜장 짬뽕 추천합니다
It seems to be a decent restaurant near Gyeongseongdae.
Seafood also seems to be on the fresh side, and sweet and sour pork has a great texture, but sometimes you can smell it, but it's less frequent.
I recommend the Tray Jjajang Jjamppong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 세트2 탕수육 짬뽕 짜장 먹었는데 탕수육 고기 좋고 가볍게 잘 튀김. 짬뽕 약간 맵지만 괜찮음. 국물도 좋음. 면이 젊은 사람 좋아할 가늘고 땡글함. 개인적으로 더 굵고 부드러운 면이었으면 좋겠음. 양은 많은 편. 먹고나서 속이 편함.
깊이가 있음. 조금만 면과 매운 맛을 조정해서 오래해서 건강한 음식 제공했으면.....

깔끔하고 맛있어요
아쉬운점은 짬뽕이 중국음식 가격이 엄청나다는것
예전엔 싼맛에 짬뽕 짜장 먹었는데
이젠 백반집 수준이니....

clean and delicious
The only disappointment is that Jjamppong is very expensive for Chinese food.
In the past, I ate Jjamppong Jjajang because it was cheap.
Now it's like a hundred houses....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 야채로 육수을 낸듯한 짬뽕의 국물이 담백하더군요. 면은 빨리 불지 않게 탄탄하게 뽑았고요. 배달하시는 분이들이 식당안을 가로질러 다니는게 아주 어수선 했습니다. 배달영업도 당연히 중요하겠지만 식당안에서 식사하는 손님의 동선과 겹치지 않는 배려도 필요하겠지요.
The soup of champon, which looks like soup made with vegetables, was light. The noodles were pulled firmly so that they do not burn quickly. It was very cluttered with delivery people walking across the restaurant. Delivery business is of course important, but consideration must also be given not to overlap with the flow of customers dining in the restaurant.
