직원의 말투, 표정, 행동에서 그곳이 어떤 마음으로 손님을 대하는지 전해지지요.
자동차 처럼 세심한 차이로 고객의 안전에 중대한 피해가 발생할수 있는 업종이라면 더욱 마음자세가 중요할거라는 생각이 들구요.
어차피 다른 손님들이 많아 볼일이 없다고 생각하는거 같은데요. 저 또한 다신 방문할 일 없을겁니다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 명성에 비해 규모가 좀 적은듯~ 친절하기는 하지만 미캐닉2명이서 작업. 그러므로 예약 15분만 늦어도 작업거절됨. 기다린다고 해도 소용없음, 아무래도 인원이 적은게 원인인듯, 예약시간 잘 지켜야 함. 이번엔 예약 늦어 거절 당했고, 1년전엔 타이어 2본 교체작업을 했지만 양쪽 공기 주입 밸브 길이가 하나는 짤고 다른 하나는 긴걸로 끼어줌, 뭔가 찜찜한데 나중에 발견되서 그냥 타고다님. 인터넷으로 구입해서 신경 덜 쓴다는 느낌이 든달까~ 이제 안갈생각임.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 타이어 가격이 일단 싸서 좋다. 타이어 장착 작업장 2개 얼라이먼트 작업장 1개로 되어있고 타이어릉 두분이서 빠르게 작업해주셔서 시간도 많이 안걸린다. 평일 점심시간(12:40 정도 방문)에 갔는데 대기인원 2명이 있었지만 얼라인먼트 작업까지 대기시간 포함해서 35분?정도 걸린듯 하다. 카드결제 가능함
Tires are good because they are cheap. There are two tire installation workshops and one alignment workshop, and it does not take a lot of time because two people work quickly on the tires. I went for lunch on a weekday (visited around 12:40) and there were two people waiting, but it seems to take about 35 minutes including the waiting time for alignment. Card payment possible
