J	JUN SEOP LEE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 속초수산시장 골목에 있습니다. 골목에 아주 여러 가게가 튀김을 튀기고, 전을 부쳐 팔고 있는데 게중에 괜찮은 집이라고 생각합니다. 1. 감자전을 바로바로 강판에 손으로 갈아서 5천원에 판매 - 식감을 위해 직접 아저씨가 감자를 갈아서 전을 부침. - 그래서 주문이 밀리면 기다려야 하는데 대신 아주 맛있습니다! 강판에 가는 노력과 관광지임을 생각하면 5천원 정도는 뭐... - 간장에 들어간 양파와 고추가 신선합니다. 약간 고추 비율이 높아서 좀 맵다고 느낄 수도 있는데 .. 저는 좋았습니다. 어쨌든 기본적으로 이런 타입의 가게치고는 청결과 맛을 잘 유지하고 있는 편입니다. 2. 손님 응대와 서비스 - 사장님 아주머니와 직원들이 빠릿하고 스피디합니다. 주문 속도를 조율 잘 하고 ~ 음식도 밀려드는 손님에 비해서 훌륭한 상태로 비교적 빠르게 도착하더군요.
