★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 처음 먹어보는 칼국수 맛으로 되직한 달걀죽 느낌.
통들깻가루가 엄청 들어가 고소하며, 고운 고춧가루도 많이 들어가는데 전혀 맵거나 빨개지지 않고 느끼함을 잡아주는 역할을 하는 듯.
칼국수도 넓적한게 아닌 얇은 중면으로 쫄깃하고 국물과 잘 어울림.
쫄면 소스가 새콤해서 개운했고, 쫄면은 서울 보다 가격이 있는데 양이 엄청 많아서 결국은 비싼게 아님.
둘 다 맛있게 먹었고, 전주를 대표하는 음식(전주에서만 먹을 수 있는 맛)으로 친구와 여길 꼽음!!
This is the first egg porridge with the taste of kalguksu.
The whole wheat flour is very sued, and the fine red pepper powder goes in. It seems to play a role to hold the feeling without being spicy or red at all.
Kalguksu is not too wide but chewy with thin noodles and goes well with the soup.
The noodles were sour and sour sauce, and the noodles had a price higher than Seoul, but the quantity was huge so it wasn't expensive after all.
Both of them were delicious, and I decided to go with my friend as the representative food of Jeonju.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 대체적으로 맛이 깔끔했어요. 칼국수는 아이들도 좋아할듯 계란국물이라 부드러워요^^
Overall, the taste was bland. Kalguksu seems to be liked by children, so it's soft because it's egg broth ^^

베테랑 칼국수같은 이런거 완전 좋아하는데~~^^
그리고 옛날돈까스도 수준이상..
국물로 준 멸치 육수?가 별미 였어요...

And the old-fashioned pork cutlet is above standard..
The anchovy broth that was served in the soup was a delicacy...

It is a restaurant where thin blood dumplings that they make themselves and kalguksu with honest broth taste are delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave five stars for the dumplings but three stars for cold noodles (쫄면). Overall, I stuck with the lower rating.
Dumplings were fantastic. Nice and warm with lots of stuffing and thin skin/wrap. I didn't need soy sauce or anything with the dumplings. Worth the five stars.
I was disappointed with the noodles. The sauce was weak, not spicy, and not enough. Also, the noodles had this hint of faucet water odor. Not sure if it was coming from the bowl, noodles or cabbage, but it was enough for me to notice.
Good location and friendly service.
Price was average average ₩11000.
This place is known to be good so I'm assuming the noodles were once time thing so give it a try if you are walking by.
