★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 파스타의 맛이 담백하고 오랜 정성을 들인 깊은 맛이 났습니다. 한국에 이런 멋진 식당이 있다는게 감사하다는 생각이 들었네요. 해물 크로스트니는 해물파전을 세프님이 재해석한거라고 하셨는데 맛이 너무 좋아 와인이 그냥 넘어갔습니다. 가지라쟈나는 기대한것만큼 훌륭했고 담에 오면 수아마노의 모든 메뉴들을 먹어봐야겠다는 생각이 들었네요. 직접 만드신 두유트러플 마요네즈는 세상어떤 세프가 맛보더라도 넘어갈 맛이었습니다.
 The taste of the pasta is light and has a long, deep taste. I was grateful to have such a nice restaurant in Korea. Seafood Crotney said that the chef had reinterpreted the seafood palate, but the taste was so good that the wine just passed on. Gazirajana was as good as expected and I thought I should try all of Suamano's menus when I come to the wall. Soy truffle mayonnaise made by hand was a taste that no chef could taste.

춘천이 아니라 연남동에 온 것 같은 느낌.
다만 그만큼 양이 적고 비싼편. 인원수만큼 시켜도 모자름
Taste without failure no matter what menu you order
It feels like you are in Yeonnam-dong, not Chuncheon.
However, the quantity is small and it is expensive. It is not enough to make it the same number of people

잔뜩 기대하고 갔는데 기대한 만큼 맛도 훌륭하고, 사장님도 음식하나하나 설명을 자세히 해주셔서 만족스러운 방문이었습니다.
It is located at the top of Yukrim Pass.
I went with high expectations, but the taste was as good as I expected, and the owner explained each dish in detail, so it was a satisfying visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic Italian food. Best in Korea, no doubt. The chef went to culinary school in northern Italy so he knows what he's doing. Also, its reasonably priced for fine italian dining. We've tried restaurants all over northern Italy and New York City. This is the best of the best!
The place is small and clean. The staff is very friendly and explains each dish. For appetizers we had the chef's Italian interpretation of Korean Haemul Pajeon. Very tasty! We also had an eggplant lasagna that was amazing. For the primis we had mildly spicy shrimp spaghetti dish, a mushroom and beef pasta (rigatoni) with truffle sauce. For drinks we had a couple of glasses of 2017 Chianti, not sure of the brand but it was very good. Overall, everything was excellent! Will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New Yorkers are picky about Italian food and I’m pretty confident this is the best Italian food in Korea. We had an amazing meal: seafood crostini (chef’s creation and modern interpretation of haemul pajun), eggplant parm (one of their most popular dishes for good reason), spaghetti pomodoro, gnocchi (this is a must-eat, cooked perfectly with truffle sauce), steak (cook perfectly), candied grapefruit and homemade tiramisu. Everything we had was cooked so well and delicious. The restaurant is also charming, perched on a hill overlooking Chuncheon. Perfect for a date night or a family reunion. If Sua Mano was in New York, I would eat there all the time. The chef trained in Italy for years and it shows. He has brought authentic delicious Italian food to Chuncheon - lucky for Chuncheon!
