확실히 냉동보다는 신선한 느낌이 들면서 말려있지 않아 굽기가 편하다.
고기를 불판에 올리자마자 촥 붙더니 금새 익는다.
생대패인만큼 식감도 냉동대비 훨씬 야들보들한데
두세점씩 먹으면 진가발휘.
찬구성도 괜찮고 부족한건 흔쾌히 채워주신다.
생삼겹대패가 100g 기준 6,250원인데 타생대패 사업장 대비 비싸진 않았다.
냉동 대비 금액의 차이는 맛과 식감 그리고 신선도 차이라고 보면된다.
차돌된장찌개는 차돌과 재료들이 꽤 들어있음에도 맛과 간이 약해 국에 가까운 점은 아쉬웠다.
다음에는 좀 더 진하게 끓여달라고 요청드려야 할 것 같았다.
평일 오후 6시 30분 기준 자리여유는 많았다.
주차는 개인역량에 맡긴다.
