부산 출장중... 허름한 가게가 한눈에 들어왔다. 생태탕을 한그릇 시켰고 어제 술기운 이집에서 다 풀고 나갑니다. 밑반찬들 모두 훌륭했고 집밥느낌 좋았습니다.
On a business trip to Busan... I saw a shabby shop at a glance. I ordered a bowl of ecological bath, and yesterday I unpacked everything at this drunk house. All of the side dishes were excellent and the home meal was good.

괜찮다는 회백반 주문했는데 실망했습니다. 숙성한 광어를 써서 고소하면서도 단맛이 나고 두툼하게 썰어 씹는 맛이 좋다는것 외에는 양도 적고 별 다른 장점을 못 느꼈네요. 밥은 너무 질고 갓김치, 깍두기, 묵은지는 굳이 세 가지씩이나 낼 필요가 있나 싶은데다 다른 찬들도 신선함이 떨어진다는 인상이었습니다. 주 고객분들 연령대나 선호도가 반영되서 이렇겠지만 개인적으론 백반이라는 구색을 맞추려 굳이 찬을 여러가지 내기보단 선택과 집중을 하는게 좋지 않나 싶네요.
I ordered alumni that it was okay, but I was disappointed. It is savory with mature flounder, but it has a small amount of sweetness and chewy taste. The rice was so strong that I needed to make three pieces of fresh kimchi, kkakdugi, and old paper, and the impression that the other chantes were also less fresh. This is because the main customers' age groups and preferences are reflected, but personally, I think it would be better to focus on choosing and focusing on chan rather than various bets.

A restaurant with about 60 years of tradition where you can enjoy fresh fish sashimi, ecology, and raw codgutang. Fresh kimchi and aged kimchi are special... the best ♡♡♡

대구탕은 12월에서 2월 중순이 제철이라 지금은 안하시네요. 생태탕하고 도다리쑥국 먹었는데 제가 몇 년간 먹었던 생선지리 중에 최고였습니다. 밑반찬도 아주 훌륭합니다.
Daegu hot water is in season from December to mid-February, so I don't do it right now. I ate eco-tang and sagebrush soup, and it was the best fish geography I've had for years. The side dishes are also very good.

광어숙성회와 생대구탕이 예술이고 다양하고 푸짐한 반찬들이 아주 맛깔납니다
Aged flounder sashimi and raw cod-gutang are art, and the various side dishes are very delicious.

(Ohmy I didn't know this place is on Gmaps.) Small,old and hidden place. Kind and cute husband-and-wife owners. Serves 도다리쑥국 which is a you-must-try-in-Spring food. Not cheap but reasonable price. Might try any fresh-fish-soup menu.

This is a 4 generation fresh fish soup restaurant. Taste was not like 30~40 years ago. I miss the old traditional taste done by current owner's mom. Side dishes by her mom was the best...no more but still good!
