만족도도 높은 편인 것 같았다.
나는 조개찜을 시켰고 그게 패착이었다.
한번 삶아둔 조개들을 내어주었다.
조갯살은 오그라들어있고 심지어 차갑기까지 했다.
홍합은 잘고 살이 없으며, 바지락은 해감이 덜되어
씹어봤던 3개 모두 모레가 씹혔다.
가리비, 홍합, 바지락, 키조개 모두 먹지 않고 버렸다.
해동 낙지, 갑오징어를 안주로 소주를 마셨고
안주가 부족하여 밑반찬으로 나오는 자잘한 게로 담근 게장을 달라하였다.
당연히 추가요금을 낼 것이라고 생각했기에 얼마인지 물었고
무료라는 이야기를하여 4조각만 더 달라 하였다.
(포장판매용은 다른 것이라 한다.)
첫 반찬으로 나온 게장과 확연히 달랐다.
첫 찬은 비린내를 잡기 위해 허브(아마도 후추)까지 뿌려나왔었는데,
추가는 게껍질의 경도를 낮추기 위해 첨가하는 연화제의 향이 확 올라온다.
해물찜의 판매가는 45000원이다.
