복층오피스텔이 많은 이지역에선 보기드문 단층형오피스텔로 보안이 잘되어 있어 여성분들의 선호도가 높은 오피스텔이라네요~
위치도 좋고 복도도 깨끗하고 좋지만 아무래도 15년의 세월은 있어 세대내부는 오래된 느낌은 납니다 그래도 임대료가 저렴한게 강점이네요^^☆
