초창기 오픈하고 얼마 지나지 않았을때 어쩌다 보니 갔었던 곳인데 그 후로 수 많은 사람들을 데려갔지만 누구하나 만족하지 않았던 사람이 없습니다. 일본에서 수년간 살다가 한국을 방문한 친구가 먹고서 일본의 스시보다도 더 맛이 좋다고 했습니다. 덕분에 저는 더 자신있게 지인들을 데려가서 소개하고 오늘도 이틀만에 또 갔네요. 어디 다른데가서 스시를 못먹게 되었습니다.. 가격도 아주 좋은편이고 무엇보다 맛이 왕왕왕짱짱짱맨입니다... 개인적으로 손님이 영업해주는 음식점들은 맛이 없을 수가 없다고 생각하는 1인이었습니다.
It was a place I happened to go when it was not long after it first opened. After that, I took a lot of people, but no one was not satisfied. A friend who visited Korea after living in Japan for several years ate it and said that it tastes better than sushi in Japan. Thanks to you, I took my acquaintances more confidently, introduced them, and went again after two days today. I couldn't eat sushi anywhere else.. The price is very good, and above all, the taste is great. I was one person who personally thought that restaurants operated by customers could not be without taste.

창원에 이런곳이 있다는걸 지금 알았다는게 아쉬움. 회는 굉장히 숙성이 잘되있어서 식감도 좋고 산미랑 고소함도 좋았음. 성게도 90% 퀄의 귤같은, 맛은 아이스크림같은 최상품. 창원에서 게딱지 내장, 가래침같은 성게만 먹다가 색깔도 깔끔한 성게를 창원에서 먹을줄은 생각도 못했음 여름 지나기전 막차에 먹어서 다행이다싶었음. 애피타이저들도 다 제각각 특색도 강했고 재밌고 만족스러웠음. 샤리 또한 특이함. 옛날 일본 식초를 사용해서 기본적으로 간이 되어있고 생선 숙성을 잘해 고유의 단맛이 올라와 밥에 설탕을 따로 할 필요가 없다는 점장님의 설명에서 자신감이 느껴졌지만 개인적 입맛으론 샤리는 달게먹는걸 좋아하는데다 단맛이 덜한듯한 흰생선 위주로 구성되서 소금간만 되있는 샤리를 흰생선이랑 먹을땐 조금 심심했고 단조롭게 느껴질뻔했음 . 평소 단것만 먹다보니 단맛에 둔감해서 소금초밥인가? 싶었음. 그래서 부족한 단맛은 흰생선일땐 와사비랑 간장을 중간중간 땡길때 살짝 찍어먹으면됐음. 그외 생선은 와사비면 충분하고(근데 여기 와사비는 많이 매운편이라 적당히) 근데 그거치곤 메뉴 구성에 흰생선이 너무 많았음. 11개중 7개가 흰생선살. 애피타이저까지 치면 더 많음. 중간에 오도로도 없고. 이유가 있는건가. 그리고 점장님이 처음에 간장을 찍지말라는 식으로 말해서 나도모르게 찍어먹어도 괜히 내가 죄지은거같이 몰래 찍어먹게됨;; 원할때 가끔 찍어먹으라는식으로 말을 바꾸시는건 어떨까. 그리고 샤리에 대해서도 원래 샤리들이 이랬나? 색깔이 있다보니 어딘가 절여져있다고 느껴서 그런건진 모르겠지만 조금 밥알 알갱이들 약간 물에 한번 들어갔다나와 겉면층이 물에 불었다는 느낌. 알갱이들이 잘 부서져서 밥알 하나하나가 살아있다는 느낌은 약했음. 국밥으로 따지면 따로국밥 밥알과 밥이 들어간채 나오는 국밥밥알 차이같은 느낌. 물론 이게 좋게 말하면 일체감있고, 샤리 식감이 있는듯없는듯해서 그만큼 회에 집중이 더 잘된다는거고, 반대의 경우인 밥알 하나하나가 잘 느껴진다는건 나쁘게 말하면 밥알이 따로 논다는거긴한데..여기같은 경운 나한테는 식감이 좀 맥아리가 없는 느낌으로 전달됨.. 음식 외로 적자면 또 먹는 방식에 대해 설명주셨는데 한입에 안 먹는다고 어머니한테 2번씩이나 핀잔주심; 어머니 피곤하고 배부르다고 일부러 장어초밥에서 밥빼고 장어 잘라서 반쪽만 드신건데..(집 돌아오신뒤에도 샤리가 많아서 과식한거같다고 소화제까지 드신 상황) 들어서 알지만 그렇게 안 먹는것도 손님마다 이유가 있눈데.. 가장 맛있게 먹는 추천 방법 말하는건 상관없는데 손님이 그거 듣고 안 따라하면 그냥 그런갑다하시는편이..후식 다 끝나고 나가려는데 그래도 인사는 하고 나가려고했지만 점장님이 5분 가깝게 안 나오셔서 우리도 피곤하고 졸립고해서 그냥 나갔음. 우리 가족 리액션 약해서 일부러 피하신건...아니겠죠? 앞에선 안해도 뒤에서 맛있다맛있다했는데..ㅠ..그외 이건 손님들 문제긴한데 오마카센데 가게 안이 손님들 때문에 너무 시끄러움. 점장님 목소리 가뜩이나 작은데 설명 하나도 안들려. 점장님 마스크도 끼셨겠다 침 튈일도 없는데 좀 더 큰 소리로 말씀해주셔도 될거같은데 말이지. 그래도 창원안에서의 가치까지 생각해서 5점. 좋은 재료에 음식맛은 무척 다양하면서 좋았고 여러가지 재료들 잘 배합해서 오랜 연구와 시험끝에 메뉴 잘 구성했다고 느낌. 소스로 쓰는 간장 하나하나조차도 헛으로 대충 내오진않고 깊게 끓이고 조리해오는듯이 가쓰오향하고 맛이 깊었음. 요새 생긴 비염때문에 오늘 맛을 살짝 못 느꼈던게 아쉬웠음. 후식으로 주는 모나카아이스크림도 왜 과일소르베가 아니지 텁텁하게...하고 살짝 실망했는데 먹고보니 뻔한 과일시럽뿌린 소르베보다 훨씬 낫더라. 텁텁하지도않고 빙수같이 고소하고 시원했음. 오랜만에 재밌는 경험이였음. 지인들 창원오면 자신있게 소개해줄만한 곳이라고 느낌. 이만한 퀄에 이 가격, 창원에선 못 먹지.
It is regretful that I now know that there is such a place in Changwon. The sashimi is very well aged, so the texture is good and the acidity and flavor are good. The sea urchin is also 90% quality like a tangerine, and the taste is the best like ice cream. I was eating only sea urchins like crab shells and spit in Changwon, but I couldn't even think of eating neat sea urchins in Changwon. I was fortunate to eat it at the last train before summer. Each of the appetizers also had strong characteristics, and they were fun and satisfied. Shari is also unique. I felt confident from the manager's explanation that it is basically seasoned using old Japanese vinegar and that the fish is well aged, so there is no need to add sugar to the rice, but from my personal taste, Shari likes to eat sweet and has a sweet taste. It was composed mainly of white fish, which seemed to be less, so when I ate Shari with only salted white fish, I almost felt bored and monotonous. Is it salt sushi because it's insensitive to sweetness as I usually eat only sweets? Wanted. So, when it comes to white fish, you can dip wasabi and soy sauce in between. For other fish, wasabi is enough (but the wasabi here is quite spicy, so moderately), but there were too many white fish in the menu. 7 out of 11 are white fish. Even more if you hit the appetizer. There is no road in the middle. Is there a reason? And the manager told me not to take soy sauce at first, so even if I eat it without knowing it, I secretly eat it as if I was a sin;; Why don't you change your words so that you can take a dip sometimes when you want? And about Shari, did the Shari originally do this? I don't know if it's because it feels like it's pickled because it's colored, but a little bit of rice grains went into the water once, and the outer layer was swollen. The grains were brittle and the feeling that each grain of rice was alive was weak. When it comes to soup, it feels like the difference between the rice and the rice. Of course, if you say this good, it has a sense of unity and it doesn't seem to have a shari texture, so you can concentrate more on sashimi, and the opposite case, that you can feel each grain of rice well means that if you say badly, rice grains play separately. The texture is conveyed to me as a little malt-free.. He explained how to eat if there is little other than food, but he gave two cups to his mother because he didn't eat in a bite; My mother deliberately removed rice from eel sushi, cut eel, and ate only half, because my mother was tired and full..(After returning home, she even ate digestive medicine because she had a lot of shari after coming home.) It doesn't matter what the recommended way to eat the most delicious, but if the customer doesn't listen to it, he just goes out.. I was going to go out after the dessert, but I tried to say hello but the manager didn't come close to 5 minutes, so we were tired and sleepy. Went out. My family's reaction was weak, so I purposely avoided it... wasn't it? It's delicious from the back even if it's not in front...T..Others This is a problem with customers, but the inside of the Omakase store is too noisy because of the customers. The manager's voice is very small, but I can't hear any explanation. The manager must have put on a mask. I don't have any splatter, but I think you can speak louder. Still, 5 points for the value in Changwon. The food taste was very diverse and good with good ingredients, and I felt that the menu was well formed after a long study and examination by mixing various ingredients well. Even each soy sauce used as a sauce was deeply boiled and cooked without being roughly served in a pot. It was regrettable that I couldn't feel the taste a little today because of the rhinitis that has recently occurred. Monaca ice cream for dessert is not a fruit sorbet, but I was a little disappointed, but when I ate it, it was much better than a sorbet sprinkled with fruit syrup. It wasn't too ugly, but it was savory and cool like shaved ice. It was a fun experience after a long time. When I come to Changwon, I feel that it is a place that I can confidently introduce. At this price, I can't eat it in Changwon.

오마카세가 아니라 시장바닥느낌 원래는 셰프님의 요리와 재료에 대한 철학에 감명받아 단골로 갔었는데 이젠 손님 소화하기에 급급해서 예전엔 룸에도 서버분께서 하나하나 설명해주시고했는데 이젠 룸 손님은 설명도 없고 음식 나오는 시간도 안맞고 결론적으로는 이상하게 비린내나는 네타를 먹고 주말내내 설사에 시달림 숙성을 좀 미스하셨나? 하고 먹었었는데..... 에잉

이거 정말 애매한데 제가 맛있는 스시를 몰라서 그런 건지 매우 짠 간장샤리 위에 숙성회가 얹어진 느낌이라... 타마고야끼도 쯔쿠네도 좋았는데 스시가... 2만원짜리 런치 코스라 그랬을까요. 대부분 창원 최고의 스시라고 꼽으셔서 그냥 제 입맛에만 안 맞는 건가 생각합니다. 직접 가서 판단하시는 걸 추천

10만원에 초밥 13개와 디저트포함 곁들인 요리도 여러개 내어주는 구성이 좋은편이고 금태초밥도 나오는게 인상적임. 다만 8명 한타임을 한분이 모두 응대하기에는 조금 버거워 보였고 스시코스와 사시미코스가 섞여있으면 다른쪽 응대하는 동안 한쪽은 멍때리는 경우가 있음. 그러다보니 초밥의 밥이 흐트러지는 상태로 나오는것도 한두점 생김. 전반적으로 만족했으나 주방에 한분 더 서시고 사시미코스 담당과 스시코스 담당하시는분 따로 계시는게 좋을듯 함
For 100,000 won, 13 pieces of sushi and several side dishes including dessert are good, and it is impressive that they also serve geumtae sushi. However, it seemed a bit too heavy for one person to serve all 8 people at one time, and when sushi and sashimi courses are mixed, one side may be numb while serving the other side. As a result, there are one or two spots where the sushi rice comes out in a messy state. Overall, I was satisfied, but it would be better to have one more person in the kitchen and separate people in charge of sashimi course and sushi course.
