★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best visited during Spring because of the cherry blossom trees on the street but still a beautiful place all year round. I was walking at the moontan road when I saw that there's a sign that it was closer to "traverse" there to get back the road so I took that and at the end was this beautiful pavilion. I was told that you can watch the sunrise here.
