★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 순두부집이지만, 방금 전 점심으로 비지를 뚝딱 먹고 왔다.
오롯이 비지만 먹고싶어서 밥 한 공기는 이미 반찬과 함께 비워버렸다.
이제 김이 모락모락 나는 뚝배기를 전해받는다.
늘 그렇듯 비지를 먹을 때는 대충 널부러진 듯한 음식을 숟가락으로 대충 휘적거리면서 그 뜨겁고 부드러운 맛을 느껴야 제맛인거다.
한 술 크게 뜨다보면 푹 삶아진 김치의 잔해가 걸려, 입 안에 악센트를 선사한다.
또한 먹는 내내 뜨거워서 당황스러운 점 조차 만족스럽다.
집에서 해먹을 땐 돼지비계를 양껏 넣어서 먹었지만, 가끔은 이 집처럼 복잡하지 않은 맛이더라도 괜찮다.

그러곤 말을 개무시햇는지 옆에다 손님을 앉히시더군요
