★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store name is world food. This is the place where you can get lot's of korean foods and lots of Bangladeshi, Pakistani, Vietnami , Nepali foods. In daejeon It's very popular store for foreigner and other korean. Price is little bit high but it's ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The loving place for us as foreigner in Daejeon around Daejeon Station. We can feel we are in our own by by 'World Food' Shop, because we can buy so many native product from here. We love it. It's a great pleasure to go and see them and items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can find thousands halal spices, ingredients, and many snacks, meats, and snacks from some countries. Please check the expired date of the items you buy because sometimes i found some items already expired. But this place is good to visit. Near daejeon station.

The majority of spices selection are dominated by products of China, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and India with some stuff from Russia, but not as many as the aforementioned countries. Something that they could be better, however, is to ensure all products are properly price tagged/ labeled. At the back of the store, you'll find fresh vegetables and the middle part has a freezer with different kinds of frozen meats. Recommended place if you need other Asian spices that are not always available at regular Korean stores.
