★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 절차가 너무 복잡해요. 예전부터 정기검진받았던 곳이라 방문하는데 예약하면 대기하도록해야지 번호표 뽑고 대기, 접수, 대기. 아주 불편합니다. 그리고 검진할 것이 아니여서 1분 상담했는데 비용이 청구되는군요. 다음엔 옮길까봐요.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 원래는 여자 원장님한테 진료를 받지만 예약을안하고 가서 오도산 남자 원장님한테 진료를 받게되었는데 불친절과 설명도 잘해주지도 않고 같이 일하는간호사는 더 불친절 말투와 짜증다는 목소리로얘기했다 ㆍ 진료보는 환자로써 남자의사한테 받는것도 불편한데 약간의 수치심과 모욕감이 들었다ㆍ기분이 상당히 나빴다ㆍ좀 친절하게 환자를대했으면 좋겠다
Originally, I received a medical examination from a female director but I did not make a reservation, and I received a medical examination from the male director of Odo Mountain. The nurse who worked with me without being unfriendly and well informed, spoke with a voice saying that he was more unkind and irritable. I felt a little uncomfortable and a bit shameful and insulting. I felt badly. I wish I could treat the patient kindly.
