★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 고급빌라이지요. 고층은 복층으로 120평. 바다뷰가 최고이고, 건설업자가 최고로 짓는다고 야심차게 지은 자재왔다시 좋은 건물입니다. 90년대에 짓고 들어왔는데 높이도 적당하여 땅기운도 좋고 뷰는 한강뷰 강인것으로... 여긴 스케일다른 바다뷰죠. 원래 뒷쪽이 삼성별장이었는데 주인이 대기업오너로 바뀌다가 최근 상업건물로 바뀌었네요.
It's a luxury villa. The upper floor is a duplex, 120 pyeong. The sea view is the best, and it is a good building when the materials are ambitiously built by the builders to be the best. It was built in the 90's, and the height is just right, so the land is good and the view is the Han River view... This is a sea view with a different scale. It was originally a Samsung villa in the back, but the owner changed to the owner of a large corporation, but recently it has been converted into a commercial building.
