불향 가득한 스모키한 비빔밥~!
칼국수집의 꽃인 김치도 양념이 진하고 아삭하네요~!
칼국수는 걸걸한 육수베이스를 선호하는 분들도 계셔서 약간 호불호가 갈릴수도 있네요
멸치베이스의 깔끔한 맛이 특징입니다.
비빔밥은 고기에 스모크향이 첨가돼있어서 불맛이 느껴져요~!
돌솥 바닥에 노릇노릇 구워진 누룽지부분이랑 먹으면 크리스피하고 짭조름한 맛이 일품입니다~!

So refreshing on a hot day.
Pity the old town area is so quiet but there is a cute little record cafe around the corner from here.
