에	에드(에드) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 오전 10시에 정비접수 하니 오후1시경에 정비기사가 배정될거란다. 바쁘니 그렇겠지 생각하고 차 정비 의뢰하고 3시 30분에 가 봤더니 내차는 아직 보지도 않은 상태. 그래서 아침에 정비 의뢰했는데 아직도 안보고 있냐고 하니 그때서야 정비사가 나타나서 하는 생색만 내더니 다른 업체 소개를 해주더군요. 차 끌고 나오는데 저런 실력으로 무슨 정비를 한다는건지 어처구니 없었음. 그리고 차는 조금 손 봤다는데 가져갔을때보다 더 상태가 않좋아져서 짜증나고.. 가만 생각해보니 몇년전에도 차량 도색을 맡겼더니 차 도장이 번지는 현상이 있어서 재도장한 일이 있었는데 실력이 형편없는 곳이다. 별 하나도 줄 수멊는 곳인데 이곳이 좋다고 하는 이유를 모르겠다. 수	수용률 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. 검사비용을 확실하게 알려주지 않음. 검사 전에 비용 문의 시 해봐야 안다는 답변 뿐. 검사 후 갑자기 비용 청구. 가격을 미리 알려주면 화내는 고객이 많아 응대를 바꿨다는 황당한 답변 받음. 2. 대리점이라 불만사항을 현대측에 문의해도 도움받을수 있는게 1도 없음. 오히려 현대측이 대리점을 옹호함. 소비자를 설득시키려함. 3. 직원 불친절. 1,2번 사항떄문인지 불만이 생기든 말든 신경1도 안씀. 네이버 평점에 이렇게 썼더니 바로 다음날 비용이 발생한다는 내용이 담긴 사진 3장과 "어디 정비업체나 점검비는 있네요"라는 비꼬는 리뷰를 작성함. 1.
