★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 예약시간 10분만 늦어도 몇 시간이고 새로 오는 예약환자들에 밀려서 힘듬...이상한 건 예약 시간 맞춰서 가도 40분 넘게 기다린 적도 있는데..그건 아무 말 안하시더만.. 예약하는 의미가 있는 건지?..
융통성있게 10분 늦으면 대신 환자 2명 뒤로 진료한다던가..하면 좋을텐데 기준을 알 수 없네요...
이런 방식으로 예약받는 병원은 첨 봤어요
10분밖에 안늦었는데 간호사 표정도 기다리는 환자들도 표정 몹시 지쳐보였음ㅠㅠ 본원은 예약위주라고 이미 적혀있으니 알고 가세요
위로해주시기보다는 직설적이신 편...
